ELKHART, Ind. - The Saint Mary's tennis team earned their tenth win of the season with a 9-0 victory over Anderson at the Eastlake Athletic Club on Thursday afternoon.

Kathleen McLeod and Evelyn Demblans-Dechans powered their way to an 8-0 win at three doubles while Lucy Chamberlin and Leah Hosang took an 8-2 decision at two doubles. After going down 1-0 to start the match, Alayna Campbell and Emma Kealy took the next two games for a lead they did not give up. The pair fought off their opponents after two games the other way made it a 6-5 match as the duo broke serve to go up 7-5. Kealy then closed out the match by holding serve for an 8-5 win at one doubles.

Leah Hosang and Emma Kealy did not drop a game as the first singles matches off the court at four and three singles, respectively, to clinch the team win. Alayna Campbell claimed a 6-1 win in her first set and made a comeback in her second set. Campbell was trailing 4-3 and was still behind at 5-4 before taking two consecutive games for a 6-5 lead. The sophomore held serve to capture the 7-5 win at two singles. Evelyn Demblans-Dechans claimed a quick 6-1, 6-0 victory in her six singles match, and Kathleen McLeod did not surrender a game all day with a 6-0, 6-0 decision at five singles. Lucy Chamberlin had a gritty match at one singles which lasted an hour and a half. The senior came back from a 6-5 deficit in the opening set to force a tiebreaker only to have that tiebreaker go the other way. Chamberlin then jumped out to a lead and turned a 3-2 lead into a 6-2 set-win to force a ten-point super tiebreaker for the match. She carried that momentum from her second-set win into the tiebreaker and captured the 10-3 decision for the win.

Annika Smith and Kalyn Borger each won their exhibition singles matches on the day. Smith claimed a 6-1 win while Borger powered her way to an 8-1 win for Saint Mary's.

The Belles (10-0) are set to host IU-Kokomo on Saturday starting at noon.
