HOLLAND, Mich. - Every runner for the Belles who crossed the finish line had a personal record time as the Saint Mary's cross country team placed fifth at the MIAA Championships at Three Fires Golf Club on Saturday.

No. 18 Hope and No. 15 Calvin tied for the team title with matching scores of 33. Trine placed third (80), and Kalamazoo claimed fourth (111) ahead of the Belles' 138 score. Rebecca Markham from Hope was the individual champion with a time of 21:03.8.

Amanda Tracy continued a stellar senior season with a personal record time of 22:23.0 - an improvement of 42 seconds from her 6k PR set earlier this season - to place 14th overall. Her individual placement garnered Tracy Second Team All-MIAA honors to give the Belles their first All-MIAA honoree since 2016. Moreover, her time of 22:23.0 is the sixth-fastest 6k time in Saint Mary's cross country history.

Haley Greene ran a personal record time of 23:06.7 to finish 27th overall (23 points). Her time was 30 seconds better than her 6k PR time set at the 2022 MIAA Championships. Savannah Paulson posted a PR of 23:35.8 to break below the 24-minute mark for the first time in her young career. Her time was more than a minute off of her 6k time from earlier this season and gave her 37th place overall (27 points).

Cecilia Conrad ran a 23:59.7 to also break below the 24-minute threshold for the first time while establishing a new personal record by a minute and six seconds and finishing 51st (36 points). Susanna Bernovich was not far behind as the junior placed 53rd (38 points) with a personal record time of 24:02.2 after cutting off 28 seconds from last year's PR at the NCAA Regional race.

Jordan Siminski ran a 24:10.2 for an improved personal record time by 57 seconds while placing 57th overall with her first sub-25 6k. Isabelle Auch broke below the 25-minute mark for the first time in her career with a 24:58.3 to register a personal record time and finishing 73rd.

Mary Weber ran a 25:32.0 for a new personal record time by 14 seconds to edge a runner from Hope by less than a second and finish 90th. Ellie York turned in a time of 26:48.6 for a new personal record time by a margin of 40 seconds while finishing 118th.
