CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. - Saint Mary's golfers Summer Stillson and Hannah Finley were two of nearly 1,100 women's collegiate golfers to be recognized as All-American Scholars by the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) for the 2018-19 academic year.

In order to qualify for the recognition, a student-athlete must have an overall grade point average of 3.50 or higher (on a 4.00 scale) for the entirety of their collegiate career. Stillson and Finley were part of 1,097 honorees for the past academic year to earn the honor. Additionally, the pair helped make up a group of 19 student-athletes from Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association women's golf programs as recipients of the award this year.

It is the seconds WGCA All-American Scholar honor for Stillson while it is the first such recognition for Finley.
