Belles Hold Clubhouse Lead at Olivet's Kyle Campbell Invitational

MARSHALL, Mich. - The Saint Mary's golf team shot a 322 and holds a two-stroke lead after day one of Olivet's Kyle Campbell Invitational.
 
The Belles (322) are two strokes ahead of host Olivet (324) and have a nine-stroke lead over No. 6 ranked DePauw (331).
 
Hunter Kehoe shot the lowest round of the day with 74. The junior had 15 pars and was tied for the best par three scoring in the round. Hannah Finley fired an 82 and is tied for ninth overall. She registered ten pars on the day.
 
Summer Stillson and Hillary Ziemba each posted scores of 83 and are tied for 13th. Stillson sunk a pair of birdies, and Ziemba notched ten pars. Sydney Hruskoci carded an 84 and is tied for 18th. The sophomore posted eight pars.
 
MacKenzie Weaver, Erin Bennett, and Katherine Hopkins each competed as individuals. Weaver shot an 82 for a share of ninth and was tied for the best par five scoring on the day. Bennett posted an 84 and is tied for 18th after tallying ten pars. Hopkins carded an 85 and is tied for 24th while adding a birdie.
 
Day two of the Kyle Campbell Invitational tees off starting at 8:30 a.m. at the Medalist Golf Club.
