CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. - Three members of the Saint Mary's golf program were named as All-American Scholars by the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) for the 2019-20 academic year.

In order to earn a spot on the WGCA's All-American Scholar Team, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.5 for her collegiate career. Additionally, Division III student-athletes must have competed in at least 50% of the rounds completed by their team throughout the year.

Erin Bennett, Hannah Finley, and Summer Stillson all represented Saint Mary's on the WGCA All-American Scholar Team for the 2019-20 academic year as more than 1,400 women's collegiate golfers were recognized with the accolade. It is the first WGCA All-American Scholar distinction for Bennett. Finley repeats her honor from last year. It is the third consecutive All-American Scholar honor for Stillson.

It marks just the second time that the program has boasted three honorees on the scholar team. The only other instance of a trio of Belles being named to the list occurred in the 2014-15 academic year with Kelsey Conkright, Janice Heffernan, and Katie Zielinski garnering the honors. Additionally, Saint Mary's has been represented on the list each year since 2010.
