Hall of Fame Nomination Form

Please fill out the following information regarding a former student-athlete, team, or coach/administrator you would like to nominate for the Saint Mary's College Athletic Hall of Fame. Required fields are marked with an asterisk.

Criteria for former student-athletes to be inducted into the Hall of Fame include but are not limited to:

Completing requirements for a degree and graduation in good standing from Saint Mary's.
Student-athlete must have graduated at least five years prior to induction.

Criteria for coaches/administrators to be inducted into the Hall of Fame include but are not limited to:

Must have left the College in good standing.
Completed a minimum of five years of coaching/service to the Department.

Any friend or alumna of Saint Mary's may nominate a former student-athlete, past team, or former coach/administrator for consideration for the Hall of Fame. We ask that you provide as much information as possible. You may be contacted for more information on your nomination.
